The main SD Road has a line of shops that exclusively display Kolhapuri chappals and improvised Kolhapuris jootis and mojris.
This small little hub has series of around 9 to 10 shops displaying a wide range of Kolhapuris. From simple chappals to fashionable slip ons, Kolhapur has made an entry into the hearts of every Hyderabadi who wants to flaunt himself/herself in ethnic wear during special occasions.
You get designer mojri's also in this small little shoe market. Shoes tops are not just innovatively designed with prints on leather but are also infused with embroidered fabrics. Attractive colours, Indian motifs and the traditional Indian footwear feel certainly adds the zing to the shopper.
