Bhoot-bangla...

Eerie silence..., thick bushes & trees all around..., muddy tracks eloping in the darkness of jungle...., huge rocks that gazes on to you...

...and you won't believe you are in the prime heartland of Hyderabad.

Yes, road no. 25 ends into this silent and suspicious bhoot-bangla.

You don't have to leave the tar-road to enter this scary landscape, you are forced to enter it through a kachcha raasta.

You are welcomed into an open area that holds nothing but wilderness all around you. Few tracks elope in the bushes or behind the rocks and you get confused which track did you enter from.

You are surrounded by nothing else but..., silence. ...interrupted with the sound of breeze, waving of trees and some noise from the birds on the trees.

If you are alone I bet, you will get a chill in your spine.

Fortunately, the Asst Director shouted for me from somewhere and I got back to reality. I immediately rushed to the hilltop where the shoot was going on.

And I realised, the actual bhoot-bangla was on the hilltop which is generally used by film units for shooting.

But this location for sure looks haunted. The structures around, the thick-shrubs covered slopes and the scary silence surely transports you into a scene of some horror film.

Sincere advise..., don't go alone for an adventure. Specially if you are a weak-heart.

Will try to gather more on this Bhoot-bangla and return sometime.

C ya soon Capt Ahmed www.captionz.biz
