How beautiful our India is. Any occasion..., any festival..., any celebration; our streets come to life. Processions. Nagadas. Drums. Dancing youth. And lots of excitement all around. Even the passers by stop for a minute and two and enjoy the hungama.
Currently not just the streets even the commercial complexes, offices and of course residential apartments too are in an upbeat mood.

The fervor starts mostly in the lunch hour and continues till late in night. What energy all over. Sometimes it is a cause of concern for traffic and elderly people but this year I am discovering that mostly on the roads these processions are more organised. Traffic police and organisers are doing a good job.
With one more day to go I think there is a huge treat waiting for all the Hyderabadis. And for those who for some reasons are not in Hyderabad, I share a few glimpses.
